Age and permitted activities
Escort Muse admits adults aged 18 or over. Its scope is lawful company for dinners, events and travel, without sexual services. The age confirmation must not be used to bypass a higher legal age requirement in your jurisdiction.
Enquiries, meetings and prices
Planning through Escort Muse begins with an enquiry, not an automatic booking. Participants confirm the time, itinerary, format and euro amount themselves. Do not transfer money solely because a profile displays availability or a TOP label.
Profiles, photographs and labels
An Escort Muse profile must describe its author and permitted companionship honestly. Photographs require permission from rights holders and the people depicted. TOP and verification labels concern profile presentation and checking, rather than a guaranteed outcome for a meeting.
Participant safety and reporting
Escort Muse does not allow pornography, unlawful services, minors’ details or offers involving coercion and exploitation. Use the report button or administration contacts. A review may result in removal; do not delay contacting the authorities if someone is in danger.
Purposes and legal grounds
Escort Muse processes messages to answer questions or route an enquiry to its intended recipient. Profile data supports review and display; browser and page information supports statistics, diagnostics and form protection.
Depending on the purpose, grounds include steps requested before a contract or its performance, consent to the relevant publication, legitimate interests in maintaining and protecting the website, or a legal obligation. GDPR Articles 6(1)(a), 6(1)(b), 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(f) apply where relevant. Confirming your age does not itself consent to advertising or optional tracking.
Information we process
An enquiry includes the name, contact details, message and meeting information you supply. A listing application may contain age, city, measurements, languages, biography, contacts and photographs. Required fields are marked; without necessary information we may be unable to handle the request. Do not send another person’s data without a lawful basis.
Operation and statistics involve visited page paths, language, website actions, referral source, campaign parameters, browser, device and country. IP addresses are technically processed for security and country lookup. A daily statistics identifier is derived from the IP and browser; this is pseudonymisation, not a promise of complete anonymity. Server logs may contain technical details.
Cookies and browser storage
Your browser stores adult confirmation and favourites in localStorage; sessionStorage supports navigation between profiles. If persistent storage is unavailable, age confirmation may last only for the session. You can clear these records through browser settings, after which confirmation and your selections may be needed again.
Built-in statistics do not use analytics cookies. Technical events described above are still processed. When you open WhatsApp, Telegram or another external service, its own rules apply; those services control their cookies and data processing.
Access and disclosure
Escort Muse messages can be accessed by people handling enquiries and, when necessary, by their intended recipient. Infrastructure suppliers’ access is limited to service provision. Information approved for a public listing becomes visible and may appear in search results.
Keeping information
Escort Muse keeps information while needed for publication, handling enquiries or security. Completion of a request and removal of a listing inform the retention period. Legal obligations, protection of claims and backups may require an additional period.
Security and external services
Transmission uses HTTPS and access to administrative data is restricted. No storage or transmission method eliminates every risk. External websites and messengers control their own processing. You can ask the administration about providers, processing locations and any applicable safeguards for transfers outside the EEA.
Your data rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access and a copy, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to the conditions set by law. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Contact the administration with the relevant profile or enquiry and your requested action. Reasonable identity verification may be necessary to protect information. A response is normally provided within one month; any lawful extension is notified. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority, including UODO in Poland.
